As part of an leading AMLAW 100 firm recognized globally for excellence, we are seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead the implementation and enhancement of modern Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. This senior-level role will focus on improving existing IAM workflows, supporting new features, and building roadmaps for our enterprise infrastructure. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and bring your expertise to manage cutting-edge IAM technologies, shaping the future of our global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support IAM platform implementation and administration.
- Maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
- Collaborate with Security Governance and Risk Management teams.
- Administer and maintain IAM, directory, and email systems tied to user identity.
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes with HR.
- Provide technical support with excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Inform management on incidents and prevention strategies.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years managing Active Directory and security.
- Advanced experience with Azure AD/Entra, RBAC, PIM, O365, and Intune.
- Strong knowledge of IAM, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting.
- Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and network routing technologies.
Preferred Certifications
CIAM, CISA, CISM, or CISSP certifications are a plus.
